How Dunning-Copilot handles visitor, lead, launch order, and billing recovery workflow data.

Updated June 24, 2026

What we collect

When you submit a calculator lead or launch order, we collect the work contact details and company information you provide, including name, email, company, website, phone or preferred contact, selected plan, MRR inputs, and setup notes.

During onboarding and service delivery, Dunning-Copilot may process Stripe failed-payment event details, invoice identifiers, customer contact details needed for recovery drafts, recovery status, operator notes, and audit events.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, estimate billing-recovery opportunity, fulfill launch orders, operate the human-review recovery queue, send order notifications, maintain audit records, and improve the service.

Recovery estimates are planning inputs. They are not guarantees, underwriting decisions, credit decisions, or automated collections activity.

Service providers

The service runs on Dunning-Copilot's Cloudflare infrastructure (Worker, D1 database, and Email). Your account's data is isolated per-account with default-deny network egress and is not shared with other customers. Depending on configuration, processing may also involve Stripe, NVIDIA-hosted AI model APIs, Cloudflare Workers AI, OpenRouter-compatible model APIs, and optional GoHighLevel sync.

We do not sell visitor or customer contact information. We share data with service providers only as needed to operate, support, or fulfill the service.

Human review and customer messages

Dunning-Copilot is draft-first. AI-generated billing recovery copy is intended for human review before any customer-facing send.

Operators are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and sending customer communications in a manner appropriate for their business and customers.
