Autonomous Stripe recovery actions are guarded by idempotency, per-customer limits, spend caps, a global pause switch, and conservative handoff thresholds.

Fallback behavior

If dynamic checkout or onboarding is unavailable, the public site falls back to a static waitlist and support contact path.

Customer-facing recovery actions should be treated as draft-first and operator-reviewed during launch.
