Terms

Updated June 24, 2026

Service scope

Dunning-Copilot provides a draft-first failed-payment recovery workflow for businesses that bill through Stripe. The service may include launch setup, webhook intake, AI draft generation, human-review queue configuration, and operational support depending on the selected plan.

The service is not a law firm, collection agency, payment processor, or financial adviser.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate setup information, maintaining their Stripe and Cloudflare accounts, reviewing customer-facing drafts before sending, and complying with laws and platform terms that apply to their business.

Customers should not use Dunning-Copilot to harass, mislead, threaten, or pressure their customers.

Estimates and claims

Calculator outputs and recovery estimates are planning estimates only. Actual recovery depends on customer behavior, invoice context, payment processor settings, timing, offer quality, and operator follow-up.

No revenue, recovery, deliverability, or retention outcome is guaranteed.

Payments and checkout

Available plans, payment links, monthly prices, and performance-fee terms are shown at checkout or in the launch order confirmation path.

A launch order may be confirmed through Stripe checkout or manual invoice confirmation, depending on configuration.
